Payment Data: When purchasing a subscription, payment details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

Analytics & Usage Data: When you visit chanzoo.com, we collect aggregated usage information via Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel, including pages viewed, events (e.g., clicks, sign‑ups, successful purchases), session timestamps, approximate location (derived from IP), and device/browser metadata.

How We Use Your Data

  • To provide you with access to the Digital Service and ensure its functionality.

  • Service Providers: With trusted vendors under contract who assist with operations, including Stripe (payments), Google (Analytics 4 and Ads), and Meta (Meta Pixel). These providers act under our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and appropriate safeguards.

Your data may be transferred and stored on servers located in different countries, including outside your country of residence (e.g., the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.

Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as you maintain an active account with us or as necessary to comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data, except where retention is required by law.

We may share identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners (Google/Meta) for cross‑context behavioural advertising. Children’s Privacy

Chanzoo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and local storage for the purposes below. You can manage non‑essential cookies via our cookie banner and your browser settings.

  • Essential: Required for authentication, security, and maintaining your session on the Digital Service. These are always active.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies collect aggregated usage data (e.g., pages viewed, events, device/browser info). IP addresses may be processed to derive approximate location.
  • Advertising & Conversion: Google Ads tags and Meta Pixel measure ad performance and conversions (e.g., successful sign‑ups) and may enable limited cross‑site recognition by Google or Meta according to their policies.

EEA/UK: Analytics and Advertising cookies only run with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner. US/California: You may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross‑context behavioural advertising via cookie settings or GPC signals.

Third‑Party Services

Stripe Billing

We use Stripe to process payments and subscriptions. When you provide payment details, they are handled securely by Stripe. Stripe may collect and store payment information as described in its privacy policy.

Affiliate Referrals

If you sign up through an affiliate referral link, we may share your email address with the affiliate solely to track the referral and assign commissions. Affiliates are contractually prohibited from using this information for any other purpose.

Sign‑Up with Apple / Google / Facebook

If you choose to sign up for Chanzoo using your Apple, Google, or Facebook account, we collect only the basic profile information necessary for account creation (name and email address). You can manage your privacy settings and revoke access via your third‑party account settings.

Google Analytics 4

Used to understand how visitors interact with chanzoo.com. GA4 collects information such as pages visited, events performed, device/browser data, and approximate location. Google may process this data on servers located in the United States. You may control GA4 via our cookie banner or browser settings.

Google Ads & Conversion Tracking

Used to measure the effectiveness of our Google advertising and to understand whether ad interactions lead to sign‑ups or other defined actions. When you click one of our ads, a cookie or similar identifier may record a subsequent conversion on our site.

Meta Pixel

Used to measure ad performance on Facebook and Instagram and to reach audiences likely to be interested in Chanzoo. If you are logged in to a Meta service, Meta may associate your site interactions with your account in line with its policies. You can manage preferences in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

InProdicon may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Digital Service or via email.
