Getting started with Chanzoo is simple:
- Click Start free trial on chanzoo.com
- Enter your email address
- Check your email and click the verification link
- Create your password
- Enter your payment details
- Start listening!
You'll have 30 days of free access before any charges begin. Your card details are securely handled by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers, and you can cancel anytime through your account settings.
Why do we ask for card details upfront?
We require card details to keep trials genuine and ensure a smooth transition to the $3/month plan if you choose to continue. You won't be charged during your trial period.

What's the audio quality?
Chanzoo streams at 320kbps MP3 — solid, high-quality audio for everyday listening that sounds great and uses reasonable data.
Can I create my own playlists or save favorite songs?
No — Chanzoo works differently. Our expert curators handle all the music selection and create the perfect flow for every mood, genre, and activity. You'll discover new favorites naturally as you listen, without having to search or manage a library. If you prefer full control over your music library and want to build your own playlists, on-demand streaming services might be a better fit. Chanzoo is designed for people who just want great music without the work.
Can I skip songs?
Skip limits depend on your region:
- United States: You can skip up to six songs per hour.
- United Kingdom: Skipping is currently not available.
These limits keep the curated experience simple and affordable.

What devices can I use Chanzoo on?
Chanzoo is available on:

We're continuously working on expanding device support, including car integration and home audio systems.
Does Chanzoo work with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay?
Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support are high priorities for us and we're actively working on them. In the meantime, Chanzoo should work great in your car over Bluetooth, with full playback controls and track details available through your car's audio system.
Can I use Chanzoo with my home stereo or streaming devices?
We're working on integrations with popular home audio systems and casting devices. For now, you can connect via Bluetooth to speakers or your stereo, or use an aux cable or HDMI from your phone, tablet, or computer. We'll announce new integrations as they become available.
Billing & Account Management
1. How much does Chanzoo cost?
Chanzoo costs $3 per month. New users receive a free trial month before the first payment is charged.
2. What payment methods are supported?
Currently, Chanzoo accepts most major debit and credit cards through our secure payment provider, Stripe. We hope to add more payment options in the near future.
3. How do I manage my subscription or cancel Chanzoo?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by selecting My Account from the Chanzoo menu. This securely connects to Stripe, our trusted payment provider, where you can:
- View your billing details
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. If you encounter any issues, please contact support@chanzoo.com and our team will assist you.
4. Where can I find your Privacy Policy and End‑User Licence Agreement (EULA)?
Both documents can be found under About Chanzoo in the web player or mobile app, and directly on our website.
Technical Issues & Troubleshooting
These steps apply to all platforms unless noted.
1. Chanzoo won't load or keeps crashing.
- Make sure you're running the latest version of the app or using an updated browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
- Restart your device.
- If the problem continues, clear your browser cache (web) or reinstall the app (mobile).
- Check whether the issue occurs on both Wi‑Fi and mobile data.
If it persists, contact support@chanzoo.com with details of your device, OS, or browser version.
2. I can't log in.
- Verify your internet connection.
- Double‑check your email and password.
- Use Forgot Password to reset your credentials if needed.
- Ensure your OS and app are up to date.
If you still can't log in, email support@chanzoo.com with a brief description of the issue.
3. Playback issues (stuttering, skipping, or silence).
- Check your connection strength and try switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data.
- Close unnecessary tabs or background apps.
- Refresh or restart Chanzoo.
- On Android, ensure Chanzoo is allowed to run in the background and not restricted by battery optimisation.

4. Error messages.
Note the exact wording of the error, refresh or restart Chanzoo, and try again. If the issue continues, send a screenshot and short description to support@chanzoo.com.
5. Web player looks or behaves strangely.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Disable extensions that may block scripts or media.
- Check if your connection is restricted by a firewall (common in schools or workplaces).
6. How do I report a bug?
Please email support@chanzoo.com with as much detail as possible, including device, OS, browser or app version, and any error messages or screenshots.

1. Do you sell my personal data?
