Licence Grant
InProdicon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Chanzoo for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
Payment Terms
Chanzoo offers a subscription model for which you will be charged a monthly fee as outlined on the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees are non-refundable after payment.
Permitted & Prohibited Use
You agree to use Chanzoo only for lawful purposes. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the service in any way. InProdicon reserves the right to terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content within Chanzoo, including music, text, and graphics, is owned by InProdicon or its licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights to the content accessed through the service.
Privacy
By using Chanzoo, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Chanzoo Privacy Policy.
Support & Updates
InProdicon may provide updates, support, or enhancements to Chanzoo at its discretion. InProdicon reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Service Availability
While InProdicon strives to provide continuous access to Chanzoo, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues. InProdicon makes no guarantees regarding the availability of the service and is not liable for any interruptions.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sweden, governed by Swedish law. Users waive their right to class-action lawsuits.
Limitation of Liability
InProdicon’s liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim. InProdicon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InProdicon and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of Chanzoo or your violation of these Terms of Service.
Force Majeure
InProdicon shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, technical failures, or labor disputes.
Termination
InProdicon may suspend or terminate your access to Chanzoo if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. InProdicon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for misuse or violations of these terms.
Changes to these Terms
InProdicon reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated to users through the service.
Miscellaneous
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InProdicon. If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain in full force.
